To start the exercise, player tosses the ball to Player C, which sets the ball to a player B. Player B catches the ball and starts to take over for players A and the cycle continues.
As soon as the player has completed their throwing A to C player, that they run C players place. Similarly, when C player has finished their set, they run the player B place. Players still rotating through the triangle in setting and passing.
