Breaking Up the Setting Volleyball Skill - Setting is Simple Part 1

With the bursting of the setting volleyball players from each body part I will teach you how to better learn how to assess what of volleyball movements to see if you play them properly volleyball players to perform. Thus, even without a coach, you can correct or reduce your own unforced errors!

This is part 1 of my attitude is Simple Series.

Feet

Each basic volleyball starts with the feet first. What will determine your feet, how well youThis is of fundamental importance.

First, learn once more how we should put the ball, your feet are shoulder width apart - not too broad nor too narrow - but comfortably apart, knees slightly bent. Right-handed - in this position, push the right foot 2 inches in front, making it easy left front foot. To provide for a child's slide your left foot 2 inches. This gives you a more balanced position if you have a choice on the run.

Midsection

Now we want to move up to thePositioning of the middle part of your body.

Whether you (setting from a stationary position still) or, if you move to put the ball of your middle - as you say, an iron rod or a stick that was inserted in the back that goes from the top of your neck and ends only in your tailbone. This iron rod will not let you not bend at the waist, which means that you can only squat up and down, and you are forced to use your legs to get you on the right positionunder the ball. This is the proper motion of the body for the set - you have to sit on your knees to bend under the ball as it increases in the air, then your body from a crouch - while straightening your legs take you to the ball. (Another example of the way of playing down in a chair with his hands over his head and having to hit the ball.

Arms

Your arms start at the sides slightly bent at the elbows at an angle of 90 degrees - just as you haveif you. If the ball is about two meters in bringing both arms over his head to come before him - like your arms - bring them closer together. If your hands are just about chest your hands should begin to come together, so that your index fingers are almost touching and they form a triangle with the thumbs of both hands. (Photo).

Hands

The correct hand position for the quantity of both palms are turned up into the sky. The palms of both hands arerelaxed and open so that your hands and fingers fit perfectly around the ball. Both the thumb and forefinger of each hand are almost touching each other and they form the shape of a triangle, the right places broken in the middle of the forehead is.
